A little about Coach Sam …

Sam loves tasty food and assumes everyone else does too! Just because Sam encourages people to eat nutritious food to fuel their bodies, she’s very firm in the belief that it never needs to be boring or diety … in fact, Sam is extremely ANTI diets - we were made to eat, not starve! Sam knows that most people either don’t eat enough or don’t eat the building blocks of nutrition in the right portions for them, which is why diets tend to fail, people get disheartened and most either give up or go on to the next shiny diet on the market - ENOUGH!

Sam’s areas of specialty and passion are reducing toxic belly fat and balancing the blood sugar to optimise body composition. Anyone can lose ‘weight’, that’s easy, but the REAL results come when a person loses body fat whilst at the same time protecting and building muscle - yes, even the ladies need a bit of muscle on them!

Sam’s unique, common sense approach reprograms the metabolism, creates a massive amount of natural energy and shifts a person’s health to the next level. When she combines balancing blood sugar, building and/or maintaining muscle and reducing visceral (toxic belly) fat it not only creates an amazing body shape and incredible energy but also reduces the risk of diseases such as certain cancers, type two diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Think you’re ever going to be hungry?? Think again!! Sam is very strict on eating every three hours to fuel and nourish your gorgeous body - most people are surprised about how much food they get to be eating … and still achieving amazing results!

For as long as Samantha Jackson can remember, she has been passionate about health. From taking five dances classes a week as a child and being an aerobics junkie in the 80’s (because who wasn’t??) right through to today where Sam starts her day at 5am to exercise - rain, hail or shine!

Sam hasn’t always worked in health though - in fact, she comes from an extensive corporate background and has held CEO, COO, Executive and General Management positions in major Australian national and international companies. Health has always been her highest priority though - even making time to work out with a PT every lunchtime during her corporate days … and she was soon inspiring her staff and peers to join her in exercising and tidying up their eating habits! It was only a matter of time before Sam became the CEO of a progressive health company in Perth and actually worked in her field of passion …

… until Sam realised she was far more interested in the roles of the exercise physiologists and nutritionists than her own role! It was here that Sam turned her back on the corporate world and went back to full time study in health, nutrition and fitness.

Sam made the big leap into starting her own Health Coaching business back in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since! She has coached countless people worldwide, from mums and dads, media personalities, famous musicians and Hollywood A-listers! Nobody is out of Sam’s reach!
