    Samantha Jackson is a powerhouse Health Coach, having transformed the lives of hundreds of people ranging from every day mums & dads looking for better health, through to US and Australian radio announcers, Wall Street bankers, CEO’s and most recently appointed as the personal Health Coach to legendary actor and director, Mel Gibson.

    Sam coaches in nutrition, exercise and general wellbeing to increase your energy, build lean mass and balance your blood sugar so you naturally reduce body fat.

    Sam lives mainly in Australia but coaches on a global scale through the use of video technology – nobody is out of reach!

    Samantha Jackson has lived a life of bravery, from surviving a life-threatening illness at the age of 15 to rising through a successful corporate career to the height of CEO.

    Even though Sam has made the transition from leading multi-million dollar corporate entities to coaching people in their health and nutrition, she has kept with the theme of bravery … enlisting Braveheart Mel Gibson himself as one of her most recent clients.
