Will I still be eating real food?

Absolutely! In fact, you’re likely to be eating more, and more regularly, than you are now!

Can my family do this as well?

I hope they do – the family that improves their health together is an awesome family in my opinion! All I ask is that the recipes I give you are only for the use of the immediate family that lives with you – please don’t share them out with others.

Do I have to cut carbs/go paleo/keto?

Never – I have a strong belief that carbs are ENERGY, not the ENEMY! Bread isn’t evil (although nobody likes soggy supermarket bread right?) but there are ways of eating all the carbs without instantly getting bloated.

Do you cater for vegetarians and vegans?

An integral part of any of my programs is building muscle, and the best food to help you do that is with protein from animal sources. If you are vegetarian there are some options and I can cater for you, however at this point I have not developed a program that is suitable for vegans.

We’re in different time zones – how does that work for me?

Easy! I cater to your time zone and talk to you on your local time. Most people don’t even notice that we’re in different countries, I’m quite accustomed to working all hours!

So I just go on a diet for eight weeks?

Wrong! You’ll never eat ‘diet food’ with me, but you’ll be eating food that fuels your body, sets up high energy levels and enables you to burn fat and build muscle … all whilst eating five meals a day that taste amazing. You don’t go hungry, and you don’t survive on meals that have no substance – this is about living!

Do I have to exercise?

Yes you certainly do! Although regardless of whether you take the Brave or Lethal package, I take in to consideration your injuries and history when designing your exercise program. Your body was designed to move, and it feels it’s best when it does … even if it’s just for 45 minutes a day. You’ll be surprised at how quickly you start to actually enjoy it!

Do I get to meet you?

Yes! … kind of! It really depends where you live. If you are in the metro area of Perth, Western Australia then absolutely – when my schedule permits I love catching up for coffee for our coaching sessions. If you’re not in my local area then yes we still get to meet, but it’s over Skype, Zoom or Facetime.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes you can – we can discuss something that will help you spread the cost over 8 weeks instead of in one hit.

Can I do one of your Packages with someone and share the cost?

Sadly no, as both Packages are tailored to you, and the coaching is directed at you only. It’s all about you for eight weeks and nobody else. I do a couples Package, please enquire and I’ll send some info on that to your inbox.

If I start with your Thrive 4 Life Group, can I upgrade to a Package?

Yes, many people do! It’s common for people to ‘try before they buy’ in the group, or some people join the group with the full intention of staying in there … and then health and fitness becomes addictive and they find themselves wanting more, or individual coaching. Just for the record though – there’s never ever any pressure to upgrade at any time, it’s all your personal choice.
